UAE Shipping Policy

At ETHERA, we believe that a luxury experience extends beyond our fragrances and into every step of your journey with us. From the moment your order is placed, our team carefully prepares, packages, and dispatches each product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment details and tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

We proudly deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Dubai: 1–2 Business Days

  • Abu Dhabi: 2–3 Business Days

  • Sharjah: 2–3 Business Days

  • Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Al Ain: 2–4 Business Days

Please note that delivery times may vary during promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all UAE orders above AED 199

  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this information to follow your shipment's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide accurate shipping information, including your full address, contact number, and any relevant delivery instructions.

ETHERA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and work towards a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may contact you before delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
