3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product due to our error:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the packaging
• After reviewing your request, Ethera will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product where applicable.

• Delivery within the UAE typically takes 3–5 business days.
• International delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination.
• Ethera is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
